Matton On Minuty

Four generations have guided Minuty on its journey to becoming a recognised and respected 9 million bottle per annum producer of premium Provence wines, explained event host François Matton.  And not just Rosé - Press guests at a recent event professed themselves pleasantly surprised by the serious whites on offer.  Wines were paired with Provençal dishes on the Minuty Terrace at London’s Rosewood Hotel.  The only thing missing was the sun, as our great British weather managed to serve up rain, wind and shockingly low temperatures.   Nothing that a Minuty branded blanket couldn’t counter, though!  EW
